A mug from a very intense and ultimately romantic scene from Moonstruck. Ronny is explaining to Loretta how his brother Jonny (Loretta's fiancé) ruined his life. He "made [him] look the wrong way and [he]cut off [his] hand." Ronny is worried that somethign similar could happen to Loretta. In this scene, Loretta has cooked him a steak and she wears a dish towel around her pencil skirt like an apron. Then, as the intensity builds, Ronny pours them each a scotch. What happens next? Ya gotta watch! This mug holds about 12 oz of coffee, tea, wine, or tequila.
Each piece is wonkily handbuilt and hand-drawn. Each line and color is done by me! If you are looking for a pristine piece of handmade ceramics then this is not it! It is built securely but with character. It is food and microwave safe, but I would recommend lovingly hand-washing it. Each piece is one of a kind, made out of earthenware clay and sgraffito-ed with goofy imagery.
