Another Moonstruck mug - the classic opera scene. Ronny takes off Loretta's coat and sees her dress and look and hair and all of it and he's so stoked and she says, "thank you." And then they say some other things and then he says "I don't know, it's been a long time since I've been to the opera" where the opera here is a metaphor for really feeling something. This mug holds about 12 oz of coffee, tea, wine, or tequila.
Each piece is wonkily handbuilt and hand-drawn. Each line and color is done by me! If you are looking for a pristine piece of handmade ceramics then this is not it! It is built securely but with character. It is food and microwave safe, but I would recommend lovingly hand-washing it. Each piece is one of a kind, made out of earthenware clay and sgraffito-ed with goofy imagery.
